Arrisca C: Vasco Oliveira and Daniel Penão recognized!

Loading Studios, a studio founded by former ETIC students Vasco Oliveira and Daniel Penão, won 2nd place in the “Innovation in Culture, Tourism and Heritage” category at the Arrisca C competition.

The recognition came with the project #31 Luzyahdas: The Botafogo Odyssey, a creative proposal that reinvents the classic work “Os Lusíadas”, transporting it to the 31st century in a video game adventure. A fusion of Portuguese cultural heritage and futuristic vision that shows how tradition can take on new forms through innovation.

This is not the first time the team has made waves in the gaming world. Loading Studios has already developed titles such as The Fisherman: A Codfish Tale, focused on cod fishing during World War II, as well as the series Alentejo: Tinto’s Law and Alentejo: The Tinto & The Ugly.
