Visual Identity with Sebastião Ferreira!

He studied at EPI in the field of music and is currently one of the most recognised names in Portuguese photography. Sebastião Ferreira has built a solid career path and visited ETIC for a masterclass on visual identity.

During this visit to ETIC, the former EPI student shared his extensive knowledge of the industry, gained through years of experience. Alongside his professional journey, Sebastião also spoke about the importance of leaving his mark on every project. He does not aim to be the best, but authenticity is something he defines clearly. This is the true statement of an artist’s visual identity.

He mainly photographs concerts and events, works with several artists, and has already captured some of the most memorable moments in Portuguese music. The first artist to believe in his talent was Carolina Deslandes. From that moment on, doors began to open for Sebastião Ferreira, and he embraced every opportunity. He has also been one of the photographers for the Globos de Ouro for the past three years.

Recognised for the quality of his work and his creative vision, Sebastião Ferreira is also a partner of Sony, further strengthening his position as one of the leading figures of the new generation of Portuguese photographers.
